Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

Refunds are processed within 10 days.

You are responsible for providing accurate medical, mobility, and contact information.

You agree to follow safety instructions during transportation.

You acknowledge that transporting patients involves inherent risks, and you agree to hold Rokoli harmless for injuries or damages unless caused by gross negligence.

You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully toward our staff and drivers.

You shall not bring hazardous or illegal items into the vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if conduct is inappropriate or unsafe.

Rokoli LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rokoli LLC from any claims arising from your use of the services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy https://www.rokoli.com/privacy-policy which describes how we collect and use your information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida/United States of America . Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County.
